Due to the international nature of our logistics, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
We only provide exchanges in cases of:
defective items
incorrect items received
Process
Send photos and a description of the issue
After approval, we ship a replacement item at no extra cost
In most cases, returning the defective item is not required
